General Provisions & Definitions

Identification of Parties & Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement between the 777ja platform ("we", "platform" or "777ja") and registered users of the platform ("you", "member" or "player").
Key terms used in this document are defined as follows:
- "Platform" — refers collectively to the 777ja website, mobile version, and all related services.
- "Member" or "Player" — any person who creates a valid account on the platform.
- "Account" — a member's personal registered profile on 777ja.
- "Wager" or "Bet" — any financial participation placed on any game or sports market on the platform.
- "Bonus" — additional balance or benefit granted to a member under a promotional offer.
- "Wagering Requirement" — the total amount of bets that must be completed before bonus winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
- "KYC" — Know Your Customer — the identity verification process.
These Terms are written in English and apply to users in Bangladesh. In the event of any ambiguity, 777ja's interpretation shall be considered final.

Prerequisites for Registration
All of the following conditions must be met in order to create an account on 777ja.
- Age Requirement: Only individuals aged 21 (twenty-one) years or older may create an account and use the platform's services. Government-issued identification (National ID card or passport) may be requested at any time for age verification purposes.
- Single Account Policy: Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts for the same person is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.
- Accurate Information: All information provided at registration (name, date of birth, address, mobile number, email) must be completely truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false information may result in the account being cancelled at any time.
- Identity Verification (KYC): KYC documents may be required before processing a withdrawal request or at any time at the platform's discretion. Required documents include: a photo of a National ID card or passport, and proof of ownership of the payment method.
- Respecting Self-Exclusion: If you have self-excluded from any gambling platform, please refrain from creating an account on 777ja.
Warning: 777ja takes the protection of minors very seriously. Operating an account on behalf of a minor, or leaving an account logged in on a device accessible to minors, is strictly prohibited.

Protecting Your Login Credentials
You bear primary responsibility for ensuring the security of your account.
- Keep your username, password, and other login details confidential and never share them with any third party.
- If you notice any unusual activity on your account, notify our support team immediately at [email protected] or via live chat.
- Conducting any activity on behalf of another person or from another person's account without their permission is strictly prohibited.
- Remember to log out after using your account on a public or shared device.
- Change your password regularly and avoid using passwords that you use on other websites.
- 777ja will never ask for your password or payment details via email, SMS, or phone — any such request may be a phishing attempt.

Payment Policy
All financial transactions on 777ja are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).

- Transactions from Your Own Account: Deposits and withdrawals must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name. Transactions through third parties are prohibited and the associated funds may be forfeited.
- Bank Transfer: Transfers via major Bangladeshi banks are accepted, including Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank.
- Withdrawal Method Restriction: Withdrawals are generally processed to the same payment method that was used for the deposit.
- KYC Verification: If identity verification has not been completed before a withdrawal is processed, the request may be put on hold.
- Bonus Balance Conditions: Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus balance becomes eligible for withdrawal (see Section 5 for details).
- Suspicious Transactions: 777ja reserves the right to request additional verification or conduct an investigation in the case of unusual or suspicious transactions.

Welcome Bonus & Wagering Conditions
777ja offers a special welcome bonus for new members.
Welcome Bonus Details: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Wagering requirement: bonus amount × 25.
Example:
- ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000. To withdraw bonus winnings, ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 in bets must be completed.
- ৳42,000 deposit → ৳20,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total balance ৳62,000.
General Terms for Bonuses:
- The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus amount.
- A bonus offer applies to one account only. Multiple bonus claims from the same household, device, or IP address are not accepted.
- Bonus balance is displayed separately from cash balance. Wagering must be completed before withdrawal.
- 777ja reserves the right to change the terms of any bonus offer or cancel an offer — notice of changes will be provided.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus balance and associated winnings may be forfeited.
- Accepting a bonus is entirely optional — a member may decline the bonus before completing a deposit.
Betting & Gameplay Rules

General Rules for Betting & Gaming
The following rules apply to all games and sports betting markets on 777ja.
- All bets are final — once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed, except in the case of a technical error.
- Game outcomes displayed on the platform are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). Fair play is ensured in accordance with the guidelines of game provider companies.
- In the case of an incomplete game due to a technical issue or network disconnection, 777ja will make a decision based on server logs.
- If a sports betting event is cancelled or postponed, the original stake for the related bet will be refunded.
- 777ja reserves the right to cancel bets recorded due to incorrect odds or display errors.
- Bets will not be accepted if there is insufficient balance in the account.
Prohibited Activities

Activities That Are Strictly Prohibited
Engaging in any of the following activities is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure as well as legal action.
If any of the following violations are detected, 777ja reserves the right to forfeit all related balances and winnings and permanently close the account.
- Money Laundering: Any attempt to make illegal funds or assets appear legitimate through the platform.
- Cheating & Collusion: Multiple players working together to artificially influence outcomes.
- Software Exploitation: Unfairly exploiting any bug, error, or technical vulnerability in the platform.
- Automation: Using bots, scripts, or any other automated method to play games or place bets.
- Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one account for the same individual.
- Third-Party Payments: Using a payment account not registered in your own name.
- Illegal Activities: Conducting any illegal or harmful activity through the platform.
- Bonus Abuse: Attempting to claim bonuses multiple times by exploiting system vulnerabilities.
Account Suspension & Closure

Authority to Close or Restrict Accounts
777ja may suspend, restrict, or permanently close an account in the following circumstances.
- In the event of a breach of any provision of the Terms — particularly the prohibited activities listed in Section 7.
- Failure to cooperate with the KYC verification process or submission of fraudulent documents.
- At the member's own request — you may apply to close your account at any time.
- In cases of prolonged inactivity (no transactions for more than 12 months).
- Upon receiving a self-exclusion request.
Notice: If an account is closed for reasons other than a rule violation, any valid cash balance present at the time of closure (excluding bonus balance or incomplete wagering) will be returned to the member.

Right to Modify Terms and Conditions
777ja reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
- If significant changes are made to the terms and conditions, members will be informed via a notice displayed on the platform or by email.
- Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
- If you do not wish to accept the new terms and conditions, please submit a request to close your account.
- 777ja reserves the right to temporarily suspend services for technical maintenance, upgrades, or other reasons — during which deposit and withdrawal processes may be affected.
- 777ja may discontinue any particular game or service at any time — however, the principal amount of any active bets at the time of discontinuation will be refunded.
